We are currently in negotiations with PCHS/Multiplan and are not considered in network as of 5/1/2026. We are still happy to see patients with out of network benefits or as a self-pay patient. Negotiations are ongoing please call for latest information or if you have any further questions.

Unfortunately, we are not contracted with Medicaid, Medicare, or Medicare advantage plans.

Please call our office staff, and we would be happy to verify acceptance of your specific plan.

We are happy to see those patients without insurance. We offer affordable self-pay prices for both office visits and labs. Please call our office for more information.
